Excellent service.

This is my first time on my own office staff have been nothing but gracious and patient on helping me. I am so glad to be in such a safe community right outside Harrisburg where I work. There were a couple issues with my apartment when I first moved in no big deal. Maintenance was in it working the first week.

One Year

I've been a resident of Highland Park Apartments for a year and 5 months and I must say I have been satisfied besides a few neighbors. I completely love our Community wonderful job Key?? aka Keshonda!!??

Community Review

My son and I have lived here for two years. The Community Manager, Kee, is excellent, as well as the facility staff. Problems get fixed rapidly. We would not be here except for Kee. Staff is so friendly and the facilities are so nice (pool and fitness center). We live in one of the town houses. I would recommend it to any prospective renter.

Property Response from Management

Property owners are outstanding in many ways. I have lived here for almost 2 years and every call I would have to make to the office they have corrected within hours. Property well maintained and the staff are great including there hard working maintenence crew. Thank you for all you do.. Sandy

I rated a 5 for Keshonda Hammond “Kee”.

Kee’s customer service is outstanding. I can tell you this from my experience with her helpfulness. She’s polite, friendly and makes one feel welcomed. I say this for Keshonda and Keshonda alone. Other office staff need to learn from her and adopt Kee’s style of customer service. “Thank you Kee.

Water leak

Maintenance was great! They came out right away and assessed the situation. They resolved the issue in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the department.

Ceiling repair work.

Recently the shower in the apartment above mine leaked water down on my ceiling and into my bedroom. I woke up soaked and not knowing what to think. After figuring out that it wasn't me and the water came from my ceiling I called the main office. The response was quick and professional. A gentleman from the maintenance department came by and figured out the issue and stopped any further damage from happening by repairing floor in the shower above mine. After the ceiling dried another maintenance man (Louis) came and fixed my ceiling. Everyone I dealt with in the office and from the maintenance department were very respectful and professional. I'm impressed.

Our maintenance staff here at Highland Park are awesome! They are quick, respectful, and efficient. I am very seldom waiting for anything to be done. My request is handled in a timely fashion. Thank you so much, Highland Park staff for making it a breeze and headache-free to reside here.

Love It Here

I am in love with my new home. This community is awesome. I feel safe as well as comfortable. Mrs. Isabelle in the office, is amazing. She is friendly, courteous and very professional on the phone as well as in person. I must say she made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The landscape is beautiful and grounds are kept as well. I am happy and content. I am happy to call this my home.

A Great Place to Live

I found this apartment complex almost a year ago, & I'm so glad that I did! It's beautiful here - not a lot of noise (outside OR inside), peaceful & safe. The rooms are spacious & the maintenance staff keeps everything up & running. The staff keeps the lines of communication open with the residents, which I really appreciate. The yards are kept of beautifully, they keep a nice, large pool clean (as well as a baby pool), an exercise room available to the residents, a large dog park for open run for happy dogs... It's been a nice living experience, and I'm glad that I get to stay here for another year. :)

Great Place to Live!

I love living here. I've been living at Highland Park Apartments for about a year now, and I'm looking forward to another year! Beautiful landscaping, outdoor swimming pool (& baby pool), a dog park, all types of people live here & I've had nothing but nice experiences with my neighbors. It's a beautiful, safe place to live with a great maintenance staff who work hard to make this an enjoyable living experience. :)
